Service www.geoportal.gov.pl is a central node of the Spatial Information Infrastructure with access to spatial data and related services. Due to complexity, the system is developed by stages and its current structure is the result of a multiple work starting from 2005 to now. Development works concern, i.a:
- Development of ICT infrastructure;
- Development of tools for updating and publishing spatial data sets;
- Development of client applications including mobile applications.
Currently, over 900 000 users visits the www.geoportal.gov.pl service per month.
